"The staff is comprised of genuinely nice people who work really hard and do a great job. They are also very reasonable, not only in their pricing, but in the way they deal with their customers. While they are busy, they are not too busy to get to know their customers. Miss Ada and Jon Jr. are enjoyable conversationalists. We have been doing business with them since November and plan to continue into the future."
"Wow! This is what East Cobb has been hoping for! This has got to be the largest and newest laundromat within 20 miles. The owner is super nice. You can eat off the floor and the machines are beautiful. They offer wash and fold service if yu want them to do it for you. They have detergents galore and sodas and snacks not to mention a 70" TV. Highly recommend."
"We've been using the wash & fold service while trying to sort out an electrical issue with our dryer. the staff is always super nice and they're incredibly quick. The clothes are clean and folded so neatly the perfectionist in me tears up a bit each time I see them. The facilities are clean and the washers and dryers in place for use look new and large. Overall, very pleased and would highly recommend."
"This place is great. It has a LOT of carts to put your laundry in (so you don't have to wait, fight or hide one), comfortable chairs and working A/C. The aisles are wide so no problem bumping with another customer. It has 4 different sizes of washers, and the dryers get really really hot, meaning less time to dry the clothes. I'll definitely be back next time I need to wash my clothes again."
"Started coming here since they first opened. Staff is super helpful, and the owner is extremely personable. Whether you want to do the laundry yourself or drop it off, prices are great AND they've started doing pickup and delivery! The inside is clean, and the machines are in great condition! Need to bring your kids? Don't worry they have a kid’s corner AND a TV that will play kids movies."

"Wow! The Laundry Link is an awesome place to get your wash finished fast! The offer fluff and fold services and do it yourself. Plenty of machines available with an array of sizes. Small loads or large, there's a machine here to accommodate! The owner was super helpful! (I hadn't been to a laundromat in about 25 years and didn't know what to do). Brightly lit, clean and fast!"
